Ruhai (Lingson) Lin

Lingson is a Registered Massage Therapist with a strong foundation in pain
management, nervous system regulation, and movement-based rehabilitation. His work is
especially supportive for clients experiencing overuse injuries, sports-related injuries, postural
dysfunction, chronic muscle tension, headaches, and stress-related pain patterns.

Lingson’s approach integrates skilled manual therapy with a deep understanding of fascia,
movement mechanics, and the mind–body connection. He works with trigger point release,
fascial release, and targeted therapeutic techniques to address tendonitis, muscle imbalance,
and injury recovery, while also supporting relaxation and nervous system down-regulation.

In addition to his massage therapy training, Lingson is a certified Pilates instructor (Classical
Levels I & II) with a focus on postural rehabilitation, sports injury recovery, and functional
strength. He is also a 500+ hour Yoga Alliance–certified yoga teacher, with training in Yin Yoga,
Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga, Prenatal, and Postnatal Yoga.

This extensive movement background allows Lingson to support clients through rehabilitation,
physical transitions, and the process of rebuilding trust, awareness, and resilience in their
bodies. He is especially passionate about working with individuals seeking to deepen their
mind–body connection while receiving effective, evidence-informed therapeutic care.
Lingson’s treatments are intentional, adaptive, and tailored to each client’s unique needs.
